A complex implementation across multiple markets

The project involved the co-ordination of many internal departments, client marketing and client procurement stakeholders to achieve a full sign off status in order to go-live with our services. Acting as an independent consultant between both parties, Vashti's leadership of transition across multiple markets was extremely strong ensuring all parties and workstreams were clear on their responsibilities at every step of the project.

Sales team transformation

I needed to restructure sales emphasing solutions and professional consultancy. Vashti established the new consulting department, recruiting a team and developing processes and procedures. Ongoing internal and external buy-in was required and the change successfully completed within 5 months. 


Vashti then took on leadership of the team. Her approach to complex projects and experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams gave both the board and our clients the utmost confidence in achieving the necessary results.
